During the inaugural session of the International Corporate Meet, Ignite 2.0, organized by the Training and Placement Office (General), AMU at the Kennedy Auditorium last Saturday, Mr. Shaheen Alam, Chairman and CEO of Agmire Contracting and Maintenance LLC, and Anglo-American Group of Companies, UAE, shared insights on the three stages of life: learning, earning, and returning. He encouraged Aligarh Muslim University students to prioritize personality development and hone their communication skills. Mr. Alam also discussed potential collaborations with AMU and expressed willingness to conduct training sessions to prepare students for the corporate world. Prof. Mirza Salim Baig highlighted AMU’s progress, and Dr. Pankaj Sharma discussed contemporary job landscapes and the importance of branding. Mr. Fainan Khwaja emphasized learning from successful individuals. Panel discussions explored topics such as the future of livelihood and AI-driven workplaces. Networking sessions provided students with opportunities to connect with industry professionals. The day concluded with an interactive session with the Faculty of Management Studies and Research group.
