Pondicherry University Admission 2024: The Directorate of Distance Education at Pondicherry University has initiated the admission process for various distance learning programs for the academic year 2024. The deadline for registration for undergraduate, postgraduate, and MBA programs is March 31, 2024. The university’s distance education offerings encompass 20 programs. Prospective candidates have the opportunity to pursue MBA degrees specializing in Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, International Business, General Management, Tourism, Operations and Supply Chain Management, and Hospital Management.
Furthermore, Pondicherry University provides four postgraduate programs, which encompass MCom (Finance) and MA degrees in English, Hindi, and Sociology. Additionally, it offers eight undergraduate programs including BBA, BCom, BA in English, Economics, History, Political Science, Sociology, and Journalism and Mass Communication.

Distance Education Admission 2024: Required Documents
Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria are instructed to upload scanned copies of the following documents. It’s important to note that illegible documents will lead to the rejection of applications.
1. Class 10 or equivalent mark sheet
2. Class 12 or its equivalent mark sheet
3. Degree or provisional certificate of the qualifying degree (Applicable only for PG and MBA degree programs)
4. Passport size photograph
5. Aadhar card
6. Fee Concession category certificate, if applicable
Distance Education Programme 2024: Application Fee
Candidates are required to remit an application fee of Rs 200 for undergraduate and postgraduate programs before March 31, 2024. Meanwhile, the registration fee for MBA courses is Rs 300.
Additionally, the university extends a 100 percent tuition fee concession for differently-abled students. It also provides a 50 percent tuition fee concession for defense personnel serving in armed and para-military forces, non-teaching employees of the university and their dependents (Group B, C, and D only), widows, deserted women, prisoners, and transgenders.
