Construction technology startup BRKZ has successfully raised $8 million in its Series A funding round.

B2B construction technology startup BRKZ has secured $8 million in its Series A funding round, co-led by 9900 and BECO Capital, with participation from Aramco’s Wa’ed Ventures, Knollwood Investment Advisory, RZM Investment, and MISY Ventures. This round brings BRKZ’s total funding to $13.55 million. The funds will be utilized to enhance its proprietary capabilities and expand its presence in Saudi Arabia and beyond. Established in 2022 by Ibrahim Manna, BRKZ offers access to a diverse range of suppliers and materials, along with various delivery and payment options. The platform facilitates the generation and sharing of requests for quotation (RFQs) through its app or WhatsApp, streamlining the purchasing process for buyers. Despite not supporting direct online purchasing, BRKZ has managed to process over $170 million in quotations across nearly 1,200 products from over 350 suppliers. In the B2B construction marketplace, BRKZ faces competition from other platforms like OfBusiness, Moglix, and Infra.Market.
