    Vijya Fintech has secured Rs 7 crore in an angel funding round.

    Wealth tech platform Vijya Fintech Private Limited (VFPL) has successfully raised Rs 7 crore in an angel funding round, bringing the total investment in the company to Rs 15 crore. Investors in this round include Lemon Tech, Lemon Emerging Ventures, Veloce Fintech, and notable tech experts.

    VFPL had previously secured $1 million (approximately Rs. 8.25 crore) from various investors in November 2022.

    The newly acquired funds will be strategically utilized for growth initiatives, expanding go-to-market strategies, and broadening market reach, as stated in the company’s press release.

    Founded by Aakash Bansal, Paresh Paladiya, and Rajesh Soni, VFPL’s wealth management platform offers seamless integration for investors, distributors, advisors, and stockbrokers, providing insights and solutions to financial intermediaries.

    The company reports that more than 2,000 intermediaries, including mutual fund distributors (MFDs), registered investment advisors (RIAs), and stockbrokers, are actively using their platform.

    VFPL also plans to launch MIDASX, an innovative B2B2C marketplace designed to revolutionize financial interactions.
