PlanckDOT, a technology startup specializing in edge data centers, has secured $350,000 in its bridge round, valuing the company at $30 million.
Earlier this year, the startup raised $1.6 million in its seed round from HNI Angel Investors.
The new funding will fuel the ongoing development of PlanckDOT’s Quanta AI, which addresses the growing demand for data centers in generative AI applications.
Founded by Shishir Miglani and Ali Ahmed Saleem, PlanckDOT’s Quanta offers a range of fully-loaded, self-sufficient edge data centers tailored to corporate, enterprise, and SPC requirements, enabling businesses to seamlessly scale their operations.
The company specializes in setting up Edge and Hyperscaler data centers that are carbon-neutral and reliable.
PlanckDOT’s initiatives are centered on improving the Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) ratio in data centers, with the goal of achieving a PUE ratio of 1.0.
