Circle of Games secures $1 million in funding from Nazara and The Hashgraph Association.

Web3 multi-gaming platform Circle of Games (COG) has secured $1 million in equity funding from Nazara Technologies FZ LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nazara Technologies Limited, and The Hashgraph Association, based in Switzerland.

The funds will be allocated towards accelerating its go-to-market strategy, enhancing platform capabilities, and expanding its international footprint across the US, EU, Middle East & Africa, and Asia in 2024.

Founded by Rabilal Thapa (CEO), Rajeeb VC (CTO), and Rohit Tiwari (CMO), Circle of Games has amassed a user base of over 250,000 registered Android users, with rapid expansion anticipated. The platform aims to launch its app on iOS devices by Q2.

With a current user base exceeding 250,000, COG intends to broaden its gaming portfolio from six to over ten games by Q4 2024.

COG’s clientele comprises web3 projects and ecosystems globally, including Chingari, Solana, Foundership, KGeN/IndiGGMetarun, TheFishVerse, NinjaGames, and various Gaming Guilds/DAOs. These partnerships grant COG immediate access to a gaming community of 500 million across 50 countries.

Nazara recently disclosed its plan to invest $100 million in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) over the next 24 months.
