Aurionpro Solutions Limited has disclosed its strategic acquisition of Arya.ai, a Mumbai-based Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) startup focusing on banking and insurance. The transaction, valued at approximately $16.5 million, will be an all-cash deal, covering secondary acquisition and fund infusion.
Headquartered in Mumbai, Aurionpro Solutions is a technology solutions company serving the banking, mobility, payments, and government sectors.
Under this agreement, Aurionpro will secure a majority stake (67%) in Arya.ai. This acquisition is poised to augment Aurionpro’s existing portfolio by incorporating products and expertise in artificial intelligence, deep learning, intelligent automation, PaaS, autonomous AI platforms, and industry solutions.

Established in 2013 by Vinay Kumar Sankarapu and Deekshith Marla, Arya.ai’s PaaS offering for BFSIs comprises three primary components: Arya API, offering models-as-a-service and a DIY platform with over 80 fine-tuned ML models specialized for BFSIs; Libra, a platform providing fine-tuning as a service with multiple state-of-the-art ML models optimized for various BFSI tasks; and AryaXAI, an upcoming ML observability and alignment tool designed to furnish off-the-shelf AI governance for crucial AI applications.
Presently, Arya.ai collaborates with over 100 BFSI clients worldwide, with a significant presence in India and South-East Asia.
Arya.ai has garnered approximately $2 million in funding from investors such as YourNest, VentureNursery, and Sparkle Fund.
