Exclusive: Ankur Jain, formerly Chief Product Officer at BharatPe, is set to unveil a new startup called Jivi.ai.

Ankur Jain, formerly the Chief Product Officer at BharatPe, is poised to introduce his latest venture in the realm of AI healthcare, according to sources familiar with the matter who spoke to Entrackr.

“Ankur Jain’s upcoming project, Jivi.ai, is anticipated to debut publicly this month,” shared one source on condition of anonymity. “The founding team comprises professionals and research scholars hailing from esteemed institutions such as Stanford, MIT, Harvard, and Yale.”

Jain parted ways with BharatPe in July last year after a tenure exceeding three years, during which he oversaw the entire product life cycle and spearheaded innovation, as reported exclusively by Entrackr.

Jivi.ai marks Jain’s second foray into entrepreneurship, following his co-founding of the travel tech startup Instalocate.

“Jivi.ai is harnessing artificial intelligence, digital health technologies, large language models, machine learning, and generative AI to revolutionize primary healthcare,” disclosed another source.

According to insiders, the initial version of Jivi.ai is slated to launch in both India and the US. “The company has forged partnerships with over 100 doctors, physicians, and hospitals in India over the past three months,” sources added.

Furthermore, it’s been revealed that Jivi.ai has secured its initial seed funding and is currently in talks to finalize the next funding round.

Enquiries directed to Jain have yet to yield a response. Any communication received from him will be promptly updated in this post.

    Rising BharatPe Alumni Network

Following the footsteps of former executives from Flipkart, Paytm, PayPal, and others, a burgeoning network of BharatPe alumni is emerging. Genwise, founded by former BharatPe executives Rajat Jain, Geetanshu Singla, and Nehul Malhotra, raised funds in April last year, as exclusively reported by Entrackr.

Another venture, Third Unicorn, led by former BharatPe co-founder and MD Ashneer Grover along with his wife Madhuri Jain, launched the fantasy sports platform CrickPe. Third Unicorn is also on the brink of introducing another fintech startup, ZeroPe. Bhavik Koladiya, another BharatPe co-founder, assumed the role of CEO at the SaaS startup OTPless, while Suhail Sameer, former CEO of BharatPe, now heads the venture capital firm OTP Venture as managing partner.
